$21 million renovation of BLDG 29 into the Crew Avionics Integration Lab for the new manned space program. Project included removal of all interior equipment and finishes down to existing structure and in fill of indoor pool to accommodate build back of avionics testing lab space under LEED Silver building specifications.

SOF BLDG 501D & E

$80 million addition to the Special Operations Command facilities. Project included construction of two three story 115,000 sqft buildings. One to function as the new operations facility for the command with SCIFF design criteria including a new JOC and respective A/V requirements, and the other to primarily house acquisitions personnel.

Hurricane Wilma Repairs SOW 1

$13 million renovation and new construction project for the US Navy. Project included demolition, abatement, and build back of various buildings damaged by Hurricane Wilma including the complete renovation of the C-1 Hanger at Trumbo Point.

$6 million design build renovation and restoration project with the US Navy. Performed renovations and restoration to 53 buildings on board the Naval Air Station. Included managing simultaneous repairs covering all CSI divisions at two airfields. Included work on 13 elevators and 3 Historic Naval Officer’s quarters.

$6.5 million 25,000 sqft Design Build of the new Child Development Center for the Army Corps of Engineers. This project included design criteria for additional force protection standards and other requirements for use as an emergency shelter.
